As Alternative Dispute Resolution grows, organisations must pioneer new standards for service provision and training. This is where Phoenix comes in. We set the quality benchmark for training new mediators and ensure that their delivery enhances public trust and credibility in the profession. We are therefore externally approved by domestic and international mediation organisations across the globe. This includes the Civil Mediation Council, the International Mediation Institute, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, The Mediation Standards Board Australia and The New York Courts ADR Office.

Phoenix Dispute Solutions Ltd (PDSL) is operational across four continents and over a dozen jurisdictions as a provider of ADR training and education. We believe that the future of dispute resolution should belong to ADR, so that more conflicts are resolved and less costs are incurred.

Our focus is on training the next generation of ADR practitioners, including lawyers, HR managers, engineers, finance professionals and other industry leaders. Our training is recognised by the Civil Mediation Council, the International Mediation Institute and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Through our state-of-the-art training and thought leadership, we intend to become the go-to organisation for ADR worldwide. We aim to be a new centre for dispute resolution, thought leadership, seminars and training, contributing to the expansion of ADR globally.

Our philosophy is that parties should achieve a resolution of their dispute that they deem satisfactory. We promote organised, structured ADR systems as an effective alternative to fragmented and costly dispute processes.
