Phoenix Dispute Solutions Ltd (PDSL) is operational across four continents and over a dozen jurisdictions as a provider of ADR training and education. We believe that the future of dispute resolution should belong to ADR, so that more conflicts are resolved and less costs are incurred. Our focus is therefore on training the next generation of ADR practitioners whether they be lawyers, HR managers, engineers, finance professionals or belonging to any other field.

Our training is recognised by the Civil Mediation Council, the International Mediation Institute and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Through our state-of-the-art training and thought leadership, we intend to become the go-to organisation for ADR in the world. We aim to be a new centre for dispute resolution, thought leadership, seminars and training as well as various other initiatives that contribute to the expansion of ADR worldwide.
